Veloura ships from the United States.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day and arrive in 2–7 business days.

• Free shipping on orders of $200 or more, applied automatically
• Otherwise shipping is a flat $6.90
• Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships
• We currently ship to the lower 48 United States

Return policy

30-day returns.

If it's not right for the room, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Veloura will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.

2. We send your return instructions within 1 business day, along with any return shipping cost so you can decide.
3. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of the carrier scan.

Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo and Veloura replaces or refunds immediately, return shipping on us, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
